Ideas for Meal Prepping

As dental students, we tend to get busy getting in the routine of juggling academic work and seeing patients in clinic to the point where we have little to no time to eat. However, as part of ASDA Wellness Month, some of our students from District 1 have come up with creative ideas to make meal prepping a fun routine where you can make your own meals and have them prepared as you are ready to tackle on the busy week.

To kick off ASDA Wellness Month and Meal Prepping Ideas, Kasey Ha (Harvard D’21) has shared some of her favorite meals that she has prepares during the weekend to keep “healthy and full during the busy week.”

“Some of my favorite recipes include using cauliflower rice, lean ground turkey, protein cheese, salmon, roasted sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, and zucchini noodles. I work out every day so I make sure to include a good balance of protein, fiber, and micronutrients in all of my meals” says Ha.
